The firm’s Projects and Infrastructure team has been working closely with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities in Egypt (MoH) on many projects since mid-2016. Our team provides tailored services for clients upon conducting a legal risk assessment to evaluate the project’s risks.

We have extensive experience as legal advisors for public sector entities on common challenges that may arise when carrying out projects with foreign contractors. These challenges encompass qualification and award procedures under public procurement rules, differences between civil and administrative contracts, and catering for auditing activities performed by competent authorities over the public entity’s affairs.
