ALC Secures Multi-Million EGP Arbitration Victory for Leading Ready-Mix Concrete Company

We are happy to announce that ALC’s Arbitration team has successfully defended the interest of a leading Egyptian Ready-Mix Concrete company, securing a favorable multi-million EGP award in an arbitration dispute against a leading Egyptian Real Estate Company.

The dispute, administered under the CRCICA rules, centered on a complex supply agreement. The case involved major breach-of-contract issues since 2022. Despite the challenges – including the attempts to disrupt our client’s operations during the proceedings – our team’s strategic approach ensured that our client’s interests were fully protected.

This success reinforces ALC’s track record in navigating complex legal disputes and delivering results under pressure.
