ALC advises Sarwa Capital on latest issuance of securitization bonds worth EGP 1.6 billion

Sarwa Capital closed its latest issue of EGP 1.6 billion in securitization bonds backed by the portfolios of Sarwa subsidiary Contact Credit and its affiliate companies. The bonds consist of 3 tranches with tenors of 13, 37 and 60 months, and received high ratings of AA+, AA and A respectively by Middle East Ratings and Investors Service (MERIS). Read More
