ALC Advises on EGP 1.849 Billion Securitization Issuance by Al Tawfeek Securitization Company

We are proud to announce that we have advised Al Tawfeek Securitization Company on its EGP 1.849 billion first securitization issuance under its inaugural program, backed by a portfolio valued at EGP 2.835 billion and assigned by AT Lease S.A.E. Structured across three tranches rated AA+, AA, and A by MERIS, the issuance reflects the strong credit profile of the underlying leasing portfolio and highlights the continued depth and sophistication of Egypt’s debt capital market.

ALC – Alieldean Weshahi & Partners acted as legal advisor to the transaction, working alongside leading financial institutions including Al Ahly Pharos Investment Banking, CI Capital, National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, Banque du Caire, and Commercial International Bank (CIB), who served as financial advisors, arrangers, underwriters, and placement agents across the transaction.
