ALC advises Sarwa Capital on upcoming EGP 2.5 bn corporate sukuk issuance

ALC Alieldean Weshahi & Partners have advised Sarwa Capital on its upcoming EGP 2.5 bn corporate sukuk issuance. The issuance will be covered and guaranteed by Banque Misr and Misr Capital, after an agreement was signed between Sarwa and the bank, according to the company. The issuance is set to be launched before the end of November, and will mark the second sharia-compliant bond issuance in the Egyptian market since the FRA’s regulation last year. Read more
